Simi calls out Adekunle Gold for lying

Popular Nigerian singer, songwriter, Simisola Ogunleye, simply known as Simi, has jokingly called out her husband and singer, Adekunle Gold, for lying about watching a TV show.
The 31-year-old took to micro blogging platform Twitter early Sunday to respond to her husband's tweet about watching the show.

Adekunle Gold, whose real name is Adekunle Kosoko, had tweeted about watching a particular TV show when Simi hilariously came for him, tweeting "This nig*a pressed phone through half of it. Slept thru the other half of it. Why do people lie?"
Adekunle Gold, simply replied: "smh".

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has denied claims that it diverted funds intended for corps members’ February allowance to fight coronavirus. More than 83,774 people have been infected; 2,867 have so far died from the killer virus, with Nigeria having  reported its first case  of the ailment on Friday, after an Italian citizen tested positive in Lagos. Femi Fani-Kayode,  a former minister of aviation,  has made his acting debut in ‘Silent Prejudice’, a Nollywood movie. The politician  took to his Instagram page  to disclose that he starred in the series alongside Precious Fani-Kayode, his wife, and Dino Melaye, a former senator representing Kogi west. ‘Silent Prejudice’, which is currently being shot in Abuja, is based on the realities associated with the Osu caste system in southeastern Nigeria. Among others who featured on the 13-episode project are Clem Ohameze, Amaechi Muonago, Monalisa Chinda, Chuks Chyke, Vitalis Ndubuisi, Steve Eboh, and Ofiafuluagu Mbaka.
